Roasted leftover vegetables from the big feast!
Useful Reg advice
"Don't stir too much or it'll be mooshy."

Ingredients
Celery*
Potato*
Butternut squash*
Sprouts*
½ tsp coriander powder
¾ tsp poppy seeds
½ tsp turmeric
½ thumb of ginger
1 tsp salt
* or whatever you’ve got!
Put oil in the pan and heat. Add the onions, garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute. Add the poppy seeds and heat until they pop. Add the turmeric and coriander powder then immediately stir in the vegetables. Stir and leave to heat through for 5 minutes.
